These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “parent”, or “educator”), and YOOYOO KIDS (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our official website (www.yooyookids.com), our Android application, learning activities, worksheets, printable materials, and associated digital software.

By accessing, browsing, downloading, or purchasing any material from YOOYOO, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

YOOYOO is an early-learning platform designed specifically for children between ages 3 and 6 (encompassing Nursery, Junior KG / LKG, and Senior KG / UKG). Our curriculum emphasizes sensory engagement, phonics, numbers, cognitive challenges, and creative motor development.

Because YOOYOO is geared toward early childhood audiences, all access, digital navigation, downloads, and in-app interactions must be conducted under the direct supervision and guidance of a responsible adult, parent, or designated legal guardian.

• Screen-Time Oversight: Parents and guardians retain sole responsibility for monitoring and moderating the child’s device exposure, ergonomics, posture, and total daily screen time.
• Adult Management: Subscriptions, account creation, billing verification, and worksheet printing must be initiated and handled exclusively by individuals aged 18 years or older.

To access personalized progress logs, curated playlists, or purchased bundles, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may not disclose your password, share licenses outside of your nuclear household, or facilitate unauthorized resale or sub-licensing. Any activity under your account remains your sole legal responsibility.

For individual families and home learning, YOOYOO offers a premium plan delivered through the official Android App:

All financial transactions, recurring billing cycles, taxes, payment authentication methods, and in-app charges for parent subscriptions are processed securely under standard Google Play Store purchase terms.

YOOYOO is deeply dedicated to accessible early foundation skills. Selected animated nursery rhymes, moral audio stories, bedtime read-alouds, and sample worksheets are made available free of cost without an active subscription requirement.

Free tier content is provided on an "as-available" basis and may be rotated, refreshed, or altered periodically at the platform's educational discretion.

For educational institutions, preschools, Montessori playgroups, and early-stage daycare educators, YOOYOO offers a specialized comprehensive teaching toolkit:

The purchase of the Preschool Lifetime Access package grants a single preschool branch license for direct educational use.

Unless otherwise indicated, all original learning materials, vector artwork, character mascot designs (including the YOOYOO robot mascot), rhymes, voiceovers, video animations, quiz logics, logos, brand emblems, and digital software codes are proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by YOOYOO KIDS.

These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property statutes under the laws of the Republic of India and international conventions. No portion of the platform may be copied, modified, broadcast, or mirrored without prior written consent.

When accessing YOOYOO, you agree not to:

• Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract worksheets, illustrations, or quiz data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to decipher the source code of our Android application or web systems.
• Circumvent or manipulate digital rights management (DRM), authentication gates, or subscription tiers.
• Engage in unauthorized digital distribution or mirror downloads on torrents or telegram channels.

Parent App Subscriptions: Parent subscriptions processed through Google Play follow Google Play Store's statutory refund policies and consumer guidelines. Users can cancel auto-renewals anytime directly via their Google Play Account Settings.

Downloadable Digital Products (Preschool Bundles): Because preschool lifetime access involves immediate, irrevocable downloads of unrestricted PDF files, these digital transactions are considered final and non-refundable once the download credentials or master files have been generated, except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

YOOYOO reserves the right to periodically update, refresh, or retire specific worksheets, videos, and quizzes to match evolving pedagogical best practices and curriculum refinements.

While we strive for 99.9% service uptime, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed during standard server maintenance, third-party hosting outages, or telecommunication disruptions.

The platform and all contents are provided for general educational support only. YOOYOO KIDS does not provide psychological assessments, formal developmental diagnosis, medical consultations, or speech therapies.

Under no circumstances shall YOOYOO KIDS, its founders, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital resources, to the fullest extent permitted by Indian statutory law.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
